SmartFunds
An ERP system for centralized management of lending operations in a company specializing in real estate–backed loans.
Task:To develop an automated platform ensuring fast, convenient, and reliable exchange of information between all participants in credit transactions.
Solution:Automatic processing of complex databases to increase system speed and reliability, along with fast generation of various reports — including KPI, cash flow, accounting, repayments, and profit. The system also generates investor reports on funds used, interest, and investment income, significantly simplifying the control and management of the loan portfolio.

Crypto Banker
A cryptocurrency exchange providing real-time trading and resilience to high loads, with bank integration.
Task:To create a real-time cryptocurrency exchange capable of handling high loads.
Solution:Competitor analysis, focus on security and maximum performance. The service runs on a cluster of dedicated servers communicating over an internal network protected by a firewall. The user interface is implemented as a Single Page Application. Integration with crypto exchanges and real-time exchange rate updates are provided.

A promo website for selling apartments in a luxury residential complex.
Task:To develop a minimalist promo website for a business-class residential complex, designed to present the project in the most informative and functional way, helping drive apartment and flat sales even before construction is completed.
Solution:After analyzing dozens of websites, we created a CJM — a customer journey map that traces a visitor’s path from the first visit to submitting an application. During prototyping, we focused on simplicity and an intuitive interface to achieve 'clear minimalism' and build trust with potential buyers. A key feature became the interactive floor map, allowing users to view layouts, exact apartment locations, their size, and price.

Immortal Regiment
Task:Completely redesign the 'Immortal Regiment' project website, migrate it to a modern platform, fix technical issues, and ensure stable performance under peak loads of up to 5 million visitors per day.
Solution:We replaced the outdated Drupal engine with the more efficient and scalable Laravel framework and developed an architecture designed for high loads. We migrated 440,000 veteran stories and 400,000 registered users to the new website. To enable fast search, we implemented ElasticSearch. Additionally, we configured CDN, caching, and server load balancing to ensure uninterrupted website performance during peak traffic periods.
